Welcome to Edgware Class. Our class is filled with engaged learners, whose persistence in learning is supported and rewarded so that all learners may develop into mindful, dedicated and resilient learners who are prepared to tackle challenges both inside and outside of the classroom. This is why we are known as enthusiastic and environmentally conscious Edgware class.

I am Miss Samboer, the classteacher and I am excited to work with all of you.

Year 5 is an exciting time where you'll explore new topics, dive deeper into your favorite subjects and discover skills that you never knew you had. You will find yourself in the interesting world of the Mayans and Ancient Egyptians, as we travel back in time. We will also embark on a remarkable journey through the Seven Wonders of the World, which will inspire a love for exploration and learning. This year will be all about excitement, wonder and growth, both as learners and as friends.

Remember, it's okay to make mistake, because every mistake is a stepping stone to success. I encourage you to ask questions and share your ideas, as we journey through this academic year together. Be kind and respectful and treat others how you would like to be treated. Every day is a chance to work together, learn something new and make each day count.
